This was my first time dropping in on this gym. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly that it was easy to jump right in and have a great time. They foster a very positive, warm community. The gym facilities and its equipment were also well kept and clean.Thank you for a great experience!

Did a few drop classes with chase while i was in town. Classes were amazing. One of the best classes I have done. Learned how to properly places my hands for front squats and will take that with me as I continue to travel. Would defiantly be a member if i was close by, maybe down the road. Highly recommend if in area to give it a go. Everyone was super helpful and nice and just overall good vibe.

This is a great CrossFit gym! I came in knowing nothing and two years in I’ve felt so much growth and progress. Great coaches and people.

I probably can’t express with words how special this gym is. The people here are warm and kind, not to mention fit as can be hahah.Came to CFY with 0 CrossFit (or workout) experience and while starting anything new from scratch is difficult, that difficulty was eased by coaches willing to explain and demonstrate different movements.I workout with my best friends🥹

Great gym! Group fitness at its best. The workouts are really well thought through. The coaches are super helpful. The community is really welcoming! CrossFit is challenging but adaptable to anyone’s needs.
