Admittedly I was skeptical of chiropractors before I hurt my back, but given the research I did I reluctantly gave into the idea as a quicker solution than seeing a doctor and all the red tape that comes with that. First thing Dr. Adkins did was x-ray me. This provided me great comfort in knowing that they wanted to know what my problem was and if they could even help. He does not just invite you in to "crack" you. I was put on a 3 month plan and after about 2 months I am feeling better than I was 3-4 years ago, as this process has reversed an issue I've probably had since I was a teenager.
