If you are looking for a great group of people to work with, look no further. Jordan and his group are amazing people. My mom has been in an insurance battle for 18 months. She had a leak in her kitchen and her insurance company, who to this day has not been to her house. They sent out a company to access and we were told they were coming to take out her kitchen flooring and ONE cabinet. They came out and gutted her entire kitchen, down to the beams on the floor, not to mention left all the mess throughout her house. My mom is 81 years old and utilizes a walker to get around. This situation is heartbreaking to say the least. We were put in contact with Jordan and from the moment he came to access the situation, he knew it was going to be a challenge but, took on the job. The challenge was, and still is the insurance company. For the last 18 months, Jordan and his team did everything they could to get this resolved with the insurance company but, insurance was not cooperating. We now have a legal battle but, were able to get some funds to try to put my moms life back together. With the funds, which isnt nearly enough yet, Jordan didn't run...lol. Jordan and his team are putting together a creative plan to put together a kitchen for my mom. This group of people are amazing. They have been adopted into our family and will be getting a Christmas invite to celebrate once the kitchen is done. I will update when its put together. Less

There were clear and very good online communications, where any questions were answered, and all the project updates including pictures were posted promptly. The end result was a beautiful ADU, which we were able to rent very quickly. I want to acknowledge both Jim Crain and the owner of the company Jordan, for their excellent customer service and close attention to all the details that come up when converting a garage, into a living unit that includes a full kitchen, a bathroom and living quarters. We hired B.I.G to renovate the shower in our bathroom, and boy did they deliver! Not only were they a really great value they were also extremely professional, communicative, and efficient.
