Graham was an outstanding real estate agent! He worked with me 14 years ago to buy my first house and he was the first person I thought of while looking to sell and I was not disappointed. He is incredibly efficient, very prompt in answering emails, calls, etc and took time to explain all aspects of the selling process. Number 1 (and the most important thing) is passion and love for their job. Number 2 is expertise in their field. Number 3 is when they can admit they don't know everything, but have a network in place to refer me to someone who knows the things they don't. Graeme embodied all those things, expertly. He is obsessed with Realty, OBSESSED, he freaken loves it. When I received the Condominium documents to review he read through the Reserve Fund Study - a 107 page engineering document - despite that not being a part of his job just because he finds it "fascinating." Graeme know an absurd amount about Reality, and can tell you crazy facts about all kinds of buildings around Calgary, and he knows the buying/selling process inside and out. He goes out of his way to educate you on every aspect of the process. And finally, Graeme was completely honest about the things he doesn't know, for example reading the condominiums financial statements, and he referred me to someone who could professionally audit those for me. If you are looking to buy or sell a property, I believe you will get as close to a perfect Realtor experience with Graeme as is humanly possible. The only negative about Graeme is how he spells his name... come on man it's Graham.
