Chris, the owner, and the amazing coaches have created an environment where I have always felt welcome and supported. I have never left a training session feeling underwhelmed or like I didn’t get a great workout. This is, without a doubt, the best training environment I have ever experienced. The coaches give you the knowledge, encouragement, and tools you need to reach your goals. At the end of the day, the only thing that can hold you back is your own motivation and willingness to put in the work. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

It is challenging, but fun. They offer actual coaching. Tammi and Chris are committed to you staying safe and making progress. Don't be afraid to try this out. I had never done a cross fit type class. It can be scaled to absolute beginners. I've been going for a year and a half, I am hooked.

Largest and most comprehensive CrossFit/boot camp/Hyrox style exercise facility with EXCEPTIONALLY COMPETENT COACHES who catch me when my form is slipping to help me prevent injury through attentive conditioning. My initial CrossFit gym could never do what this place does. Also VERY friendly culture of all ages and abilities. 10/10.

Go Primal fitness and training is the gym I’ve been looking for! Expert coaches, form focused workouts that are challenging and expert nutritional coaching provide complete whole body training. There is no need to go anywhere else. I’ve been a member since 2012. Every age group from 20’s to 70 plus are welcomed and are encouraged to give it your best effort.

I stopped into Go Primal Fitness for a quick workout with zero expectations, thinking I’d just get a simple 30-45 minute session in before work, but it turned into so much more! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Coach Noah, who encouraged me to jump right into the HYROX training group/class. He helped me with my form, kept me motivated the entire time, and made the experience super welcoming (and yes… easy on the eyes for the ladies lol). The energy in the gym was amazing, everyone was soooo friendly, even the members. Coach AJ, who’s actually from my hometown, made it feel even more like home. I also had the chance to meet the owner, Chris, just a solid team all around. I had already checked out of my hotel and was heading to work within the hour, so the fact that they had showers available was a huge plus. It made everything seamless. This gym truly made me feel at home and honestly had me thinking I could move here! Highly recommend if you’re in the Gainesville area. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town. Shoutout to the coaches! 🔥

Highly recommended, don’t be scared of it if you are a total beginner. And the price is fair

Chris is such a supportive and positive coach. He challenges, encourages, and is knowledgeable in understanding where I’m at base on years of experience working with a variety of clients. He helps refine the movement I’m working on to make sure I’m safe. His ability to create programs that feel balanced and engaging makes going to each session a new adventure. I’ve gained a lot of strength in a short period of time. I’m excited to be back! -Jen G

Farrah is amazing. You can tell she really loves coaching. And being first thing in the morning, she has the right amount of energy. Even though most of us are regulars she still calls out all the movements for the warm-up and encourages everyone throughout the workout.
