I reached out to AM Pest Solutions via their website because I suspected there was a yellow jacket wasp nest underneath my hot tub. How did I know? Every day I kept seeing wasps come in and out the same place. The owner, Patrick, was quick to respond (less than 30 minutes) and kind enough to squeeze me into his busy schedule, even on the 4th of July! His price was very fair and reasonable too. I'm a huge DIYer, but because I couldn't see the nest and easily access the panel where the nest was located, I decided to leave it to the professionals. Boy, did I make the right decision. Once Patrick (the owner) began to open the hot tub panels, I saw the wasps immediately try to sting him through his bee suit. After a couple of insecticide sprays, the wasp activity began to die down. Poor Patrick had to work in a tight space about 1-2 feet wide, sandwiched between the hot tub and the fence. However, he had no complaints and was a super personable, nice guy! He even offered to come back free of charge the next day if I continued to see anymore wasp activity in the area. Patrick guarantees his work and I highly recommend him. He is the local exterminator (licensed and insured) you can rely on to get the job done right. He is now my go-to-guy for any future pest extermination services. Less

This company and the people there are phenomenal, especially compared to the other companies I've had agreements with in the past. Every concern is addressed, honest outlooks and answers, and great service at reasonable pricing. Before this year I've had contracts with other larger companies and all I get is poor service without my concerns being addressed and a handful of glue traps with an invoice. While I don't have a service agreement with AM, their two trips (for two different concerns) have done more for our issues then three years of agreements and bills prior. I can't recommend them enough, and am thankful I made the initial call to have them come over after I was close to just making another agreement elsewhere. Less

AM Pest is our go to. Local and independently owned! We’ve had several pests including termites, hornets, ants. Pat responds immediately! Which is such a relief when your bedroom is covered in termites! He explained his process and showed us exactly where our infestation was coming from. They have not returned since! When calling to schedule a visit, I found AM to be very flexible with my limited schedule. Upon arriving I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. My problem was diagnosed and an appointment was immediately set up with in days. I was very impressed to know that Patrick the owner came out himself to take care of everything. We were planning on calling them for ants and mosquitos in our yard but this pushed their visit to an earlier date than we were planning. They addressed those issues as well when they were here. I used this company twice and it was wonderful! In my area there are a lot of cave crickets, aka spider crickets, and I would have them in my house daily! Patrick sprayed the inside perimeter of my apartment, the garage and along the outside of the house. He also sprinkled pest killer throughout the yard. The first time we used this company it was awesome I didn’t have ANY bugs!
