Caleb is wonderful. He was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was communicative (which these days is simply hard to find). I appreciate the time he spent answering questions and laying out his services. He performed the work quickly and the carpets and rugs look great. We scheduled additional services for him to come do, upholstery and tile/grout. We also scheduled a carpet cleaning service months down the road as we were so pleased with his work. Highly recommend Red Letter Steam to anyone!
