I have been attending CrossFit Intent for several months now, after a bring a friend week. I love everything about it! I’ve only ever worked out on my own before and the coaches are so helpful in making sure I’m learning proper techniques. Everyone is so positive and encouraging. So much so that I have started bringing my two middle schoolers for the positive feedback and exercise. (And they have been welcomed with open arms too!)People tend to have preconceived notions about CrossFit being too hard for them. I have found they just meet you where you are at. They modify workouts for any reason; if you are new and don’t quite have a move down, or if you are hurt in any way. And even the newest person with the lightest weights will still get cheers and positive praise! 🙌🏻 You really do just need to show up.I’m so glad my friend brought me and introduced me to the gym. It’s been great!
