Dr. Kenneth Haywood has been so great and patient. I came in not being able to walk and in extreme pain. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been able to explain what is going on with my body. He has provided exercises and real solutions before having to consider surgery. Although I still have several sessions to go, I believe that with his expertise and methods I will get better and improve over time.

The staff was very nice. She greeted you anticipating your visit. She acknowledges you by name. Doctor not in for original assessment. Office was clean and brightly lit. They do have free wifi which is important. Their was no wait which made it nice. They use a holistic approach so you won't have to be bombarded with medication which is always a plus. The initial test was painless with their handheld scan. I would recommend to my Family and Friends.

My experience with Opitmal Spine began in January 2026. Swelling hands and feet with numbness and tingling. Tried no energy could not even walk a block without shortness of breath. Could not drive.Now here in July I am drive, riding my bike limited swelling and little to no numbness and tingling in which use to wake me up at night. You have to be determined to do the work for success, thanks to Dr. Haywood and staff. I have my life back to spin with my 10 grandchildrens. 😍💯💥

Dr. Hoover and team really made me feel like family and not another patient case to be treated! Worked well with my scheduling , even when dealing with work, traffic, or personal circumstances that prevented me from making appointments in a timely manner! They were quick with getting me a slot and date for any missed appointments, so that I could be treated with the best care effectively! Treatment wise, I checked in for a car accident that left me in severe pain in my neck and back! Preventing me from working out and going to work, missing shifts ,thus, hendering my responsibilities and daily activities! Within just a couple sessions of neck & back adjustments, along with stretching exercises in the office, I was able to get back to my normal self and feel amazing!!
